Where to find your code
The code is inside the pack, not on the outside of the jar. Open the container and look for the authentication code printed on a slip placed inside, or on the underside of the inner seal. That is deliberate — a code sealed inside cannot be copied off a jar sitting on a shelf.
Each code belongs to one physical jar and can be verified once. If your pack arrived with a broken seal, or with no code slip at all, do not use the product — contact us first.
Why this matters
Counterfeit and repackaged supplements are a real problem on Indian marketplaces, where third-party sellers list under the same product page as the brand itself. Creatine is an easy target: it is a plain white powder, buyers cannot judge purity by eye, and a fake jar looks identical from the outside.
A per-jar code closes that gap. It ties the jar in your hands to a batch record held by the manufacturer, so authenticity becomes something you confirm rather than something you assume from the packaging.
What to do if your code fails
A failed check is not automatically bad news — a mistyped character is by far the most common cause. Work through these steps in order:
- Re-read the code carefully. On a printed slip, 0 and O, 1 and I, and 5 and S are easy to mix up. Try the alternatives before assuming anything is wrong.
- Email support@coremax.in with your order ID, the code you entered, and photos of the jar, the seal and the code slip. Photos of the batch and manufacturing details on the label help us trace the jar faster.
- Stop using the product until the jar has been confirmed, and keep the packaging — it is the evidence.
- If you bought from a marketplace rather than coremax.in, raise a return with that marketplace at the same time. Their return windows are short, so do not wait for our investigation to finish first.

Where is the authentication code on a Coremax pack?
The authentication code is printed inside the pack — on a slip placed inside the container or on the underside of the inner seal, not on the outside of the jar. It is a unique 10 to 16 character mix of letters and numbers, and it is case-insensitive, so you can type it in upper or lower case. Keeping the code inside the sealed pack is deliberate: someone handling the jar in a warehouse or a shop cannot read the code without breaking the seal, which is exactly what makes the check meaningful when you open it yourself.
Why does my Coremax code say it was already verified?
Each authentication code can be verified once. The first successful check marks that code as used, so a second attempt with the same code returns Already Verified. If you verified your own jar earlier, that message is expected and nothing is wrong. If you have just opened a sealed pack and have never entered the code before, do not use the product — email support@coremax.in with your order ID and photos of the jar, the seal and the code slip, and Coremax will investigate that specific code.
What does it mean if my code is not found?
A Not Found result means the code you typed does not exist in the Coremax database. The most common cause is a typing error — 0 and O, 1 and I, 5 and S are easy to confuse on a printed slip, so re-read the code carefully and try again. If the code still fails after a careful retry, treat the jar as unverified: stop using it, keep the packaging, and contact support@coremax.in with your order details and photos. If the jar came from a marketplace seller rather than coremax.in, raise a return with that marketplace as well.
Do I need an account or an app to verify a Coremax jar?
No. Verification runs in the browser on coremax.in — there is no login, no download and no app to install. You enter the authentication code from inside your pack and a mobile number or email address, and the result appears on the same page in a few seconds. The contact detail is recorded alongside the verification so Coremax can reach you if there is a problem with that jar. Any page or app from another party asking you to pay, register or install something to check a Coremax jar is not connected to Coremax.
Does the code check also confirm the FSSAI licence?
They are two separate checks and it is worth doing both. The authentication code confirms that the specific jar in your hands came from Coremax. The FSSAI licence numbers printed on the label — 10723999001935 for manufacturing and 10725994000807 for marketing — confirm that the product is legally licensed for sale in India, and you can look those numbers up yourself in the government FoSCoS database at foscos.fssai.gov.in. Together they answer both questions: is this product licensed, and is this particular jar genuine.
