Creatine Monohydrate — Every Flavour and Size
Micronised creatine monohydrate, 3g per serving, made in India under FSSAI licence.
Buying creatine for the first time? Start with a 100g pack. It is roughly a month of daily servings, which is enough to know whether the flavour and mixability suit you before you commit to a bigger jar. If creatine is already part of your daily routine, the 250g pack works out cheaper per serving. Every variant below is the same micronised creatine monohydrate at 3g per serving — the size and flavour are the only differences.

How to choose
100g starter or 250g value pack?
The 100g pack is the low-risk way in. At one 3g serving a day it lasts about a month for the unflavoured version and a little under that for the flavoured ones, because the flavoured powders include the flavouring in the scoop. The 250g pack is the better economics once you know creatine suits you — at current prices the 250g pack works out to about ₹10 a serving against roughly ₹13 for the 100g pack — about 23% less per serving.
Unflavoured or flavoured?
This is a taste question, not a quality one. Both are the same micronised creatine monohydrate delivering 3g per serving with no sugar and no fillers. Unflavoured is the sensible pick if you already stir creatine into whey, juice or a smoothie — adding a second flavour to a drink that has one rarely improves it. If you take creatine in plain water, a flavour makes the habit much easier to keep, and keeping the habit daily matters more than anything else with creatine. We go through this in more detail in our guide to creatine for beginners.
How much to take
Three to five grams a day, every day, training or not. Creatine works by saturating your muscle stores, so consistency beats timing — see when to take creatine for the detail. A loading phase is optional: it fills your stores in about a week instead of three to four, but the destination is identical either way.
What makes Coremax different
- 200-mesh micronised. Finer particles disperse faster and leave less grit in the shaker. Creatine monohydrate never dissolves completely — that is chemistry, not a defect — but micronised powder is noticeably easier to drink.
- 3g of pure creatine monohydrate per serving. No proprietary blends, no sugar, no fillers. 100% vegetarian.
- Made in India under FSSAI licence. Manufactured in an FSSAI-licensed, HACCP, GMP and ISO certified facility. Manufacturing licence 10723999001935 Marketing licence 10725994000807 Both numbers are printed on the pack and verifiable on the government FoSCoS portal — see what FSSAI approval actually means for creatine and why it is made in India creatine rather than a repacked import.
- Third-party lab tested. Batches are tested by an independent lab rather than self-certified.
- A unique code on every jar. Counterfeit supplements are a genuine problem on Indian marketplaces, so each jar carries an authentication code you can check yourself on our jar verification page. If you want to know what else to look for, read how to spot fake creatine and how to check creatine purity.
Frequently asked questions
If you have not taken creatine before, start with a 100g pack. It is about a month of daily 3g servings, which is long enough to know whether you like the flavour and how it mixes. If you already take creatine daily, the 250g pack costs less per serving.
Neither is better as a supplement. Both are the same micronised creatine monohydrate at 3g per serving. Choose unflavoured if you mix creatine into protein, juice or a smoothie that already has a taste. Choose a flavour if you take it in plain water and want it to taste of something.
Three to five grams daily is the maintenance dose supported by the research, taken every day rather than only on training days. A loading phase is optional. It fills your muscle stores faster but the end point after a few weeks is the same either way.
Yes. Coremax is manufactured under FSSAI licence 10723999001935 and marketed under licence 10725994000807. Both numbers are printed on the pack and can be checked on the FoSCoS portal, which is the government register rather than a claim on our label.
Every Coremax jar carries a unique authentication code that you can check on our verification page. If the code does not validate, or you were sold a jar without one, contact support@coremax.in with your order details before using the product.
No. Creatine monohydrate has limited solubility in water, so some grit at the bottom of your shaker is normal and is not a sign of a fake or low quality product. Micronised powder disperses more easily but still does not fully dissolve. Stir, drink, then add a little more water and finish what is left.
